The purpose of this study is to explore mutual influence relationships among housing price types. This study attempted to investigate and analysis relationships of auction appraised price, auction bid price, dealing price and market price, Apt posted price by a new method of housing market analysis. To this end, they have survey about Seoul apartment. And in order to analyze them, conducted unit root test, cointegration test, granger causality test and cross correlation test. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that long-term balanced relationship exists among apartment price types. Second, it was confirmed that causality exists between Apartment price type. Last, it was confirmed that correlation and precedence relations exists among Apartment price types. The significance of this study is the first attempt about analyzing apartment price type by a new method of housing market analysis.
