In Non-Seoul metropolitan areas it has been devoting a lot of effort for the economy. In this respect, the region has been operating to build a knowledge industry center. This study was carried out two largely empirical analysis. First, we compared the knowledge industry center and general industrial complex of satisfaction. Second, we analyze the factors affecting the rent of tenants. Analysis was conducted a survey of Daegu, Gwangju, Busan. The Analysis results, knowledge industry center were analyzed as lower satisfaction than general industrial complex. In addition, hedonic analysis using the model, the knowledge industry center and general industrial complex in the analysis results showed that different. Low rent of knowledge industry center appeared to be associated with satisfaction. These results are expected to be useful to establish a policy.
