Cultural Tourism Integration Drives Economic Development under the Background of Economic Internal Circulation

Facing the impact of COVID-19 epidemic, the global economy has been severely impacted, especially in the world’s major economies, where economic development is weak. Therefore, China puts forward the development idea of giving priority to the internal circulation of economy and giving attention to the external circulation, so as to promote the sustainable development of China’s economy. The tourism industry suffered huge losses, but it also faced new opportunities and challenges. It is of great significance to promote economic development to integrate cultural tourism scientifically and promote the high-quality development of cultural tourism industry. This paper analyzes the main measures and problems of the integration of culture and tourism in Yunnan Province, as well as the impact of the epidemic on the tourism industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to further strengthen the integration of culture and tourism and promote China’s economic recovery.
