공급사슬 리스크관리의 효과성에 관한 실증분석

Empirical Study of supply chain risk management effectiveness

본 연구는 공급사슬 리스크관리 프로세스 성숙도, 공급사슬 리스크관리 성과 및 공급사슬 성과의 관계를 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 구체적으로는 공급사슬 리스크관리 프로세스 성숙도가 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 공급사슬 리스크 프로세스 성숙도와 공급사슬 성과의 관계에서 공급사슬 리스크관리 성과의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석에서는 기업(전자, 전기, 금속가공, 일반가구)을 대상으로 리스크와 관련된 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 공급사슬 리스크관리 프로세스 성숙도는 공급사슬 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 보였으며, 공급사슬 리스크관리 성과는 이들 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 더 나아가 이 같은 관계를 산업별(전지·반도체 산업과 금형 산업)로 나누어 분석하였고, 상이한 결과가 도출되었다. 따라서 분석 결과를 바탕으로 리스크관리 프로세스 성숙도와 리스크관리 자체 성과 평가의 중요성에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study intended to analyze the relationship among supply chain risk management process maturity, supply chain risk management performance and supply chain performance. Specifically, we empirically tested the effect of supply chain risk management process maturity on supply chain performance, and the mediating effect of supply chain risk management performance on the above relationship. For the analysis, we employed the survey of the manufacturing firms in electric and electronic parts, metal working process and mechanical component industries. The results found the statistically significant positive relationship between supply chain risk management process maturity and supply chain performance, and the statistically significant mediating effect of supply chain risk management performance between the above two. Further, the analysis of the same relationships for the two grouped industries (i.e., battery/semiconductor and molding) revealed the different results. Based on these results, we provided profound theoretical and practical implications on the importance of risk management process maturity and risk management performance assessment.
