간호대학생의 셀프리더십이 학업적자기효능감과 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Self-leadership on Academic Self-Efficacy and Academic Achievement of Nursing College Students: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Social Support

목적 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 사회적지지, 학업적자기효능감과 학업성취도의 관계를 파악하고, 간호대학생의 셀프리더십이 학업적자기효능감과 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상은 전남 소재 S 대학교 간호학과 학생 357명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2020년 10월 5일부터 10월 23일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Windows 20.0 Program을 이용하여 통계 처리 하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 사회적지지, 학업적자기효능감과 학업성취도는 전공만족도에 따라 모두 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 셀프리더십과 사회적지지, 학업적자기효능감 및 학업성취도 간에는 모두 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 학업적자기효능감과 학업성취도 관계에서 사회적지지는 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났지만, 하위영역에서 가족지지는 모두 완전 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 간호대학생의 셀프리더십이 학업적자기효능감과 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 최근 대두되고 있는 셀프리더십에 대한 영향력을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학은 간호대학생의 셀프리더십을 측정하고 이를 함양할 수 있도록 지속적인 훈련과 지원이 필요하다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between self-leadership, social support, academic self-efficacy and academic achievement of nursing college students, and to confirm the mediating effect of social support in the effect of self-leadership of nursing college students on academic self-efficacy and academic achievement. Methods The subjects of this study were 357 students from S University nursing department in Jeonnam, and the data were collected from October 5, 2020 to October 23, 2020. The collected data were statistically processed using SPSS Windows 20.0 Program. Results Self-leadership, social support, academic self-efficacy and academic achievement of nursing college students showed significant differences according to major satisfaction, and there was a positive correlation between self-leadership, social support, academic self-efficacy and academic achievement In addition, social support had a partial mediating role in the relationship between self-leadership, academic self-efficacy and academic achievement of nursing college students, but family support had a full mediating role in all sub-areas. Conclusions In the effect of self-leadership of nursing college students on academic self-efficacy and academic achievement, social support was found to play a mediating role. This study is meaningful in that it verified the influence of self-leadership which has recently emerged. Based on the results of the study, universities need continuous training and support to measure and cultivate self-leadership of nursing college students.
