하브루타 교수법을 적용한 간호학 전공교과목 수업에 대한 학생 경험

Students’ Experience in Nursing Majors Classes Applied by Habruta Teaching Method

목적 본 연구의 목적은 하브루타 교수법을 적용한 간호학 전공교과목 수업에 대한 학생 경험을 탐구하여 그 경험에 대한 의미의 본질을 생생하게 기술하고 이해하는 것이다. 방법 간호학생이 경험한 하브루타 교수법 수업 경험의 본질을 심층적으로 기술하고 이해하기 위하여 간호학과 학생 12명을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 12월까지 심층면담을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 Colaizzi가 제시한 현상학적 분석방법을 적용하여 학생들의 경험을 충실하게 파악하고 기술하였다. 결과 하브루타 교수법을 적용한 간호학 전공교과목 수업에 대한 학생 경험은 10가지 주제와 세 가지 주제모음으로 도출되었다. 연구결과로 도출된 세 가지 주제모음은 ‘재미있고 흥미로운 하브루타’, ‘상호작용이 활발한 하브루타’, ‘다양한 문제를 경험하는 하브루타’이었다. 결론 간호학 전공교과목 학생경험에 대한 본 연구의 결과는 하브루타 교수법에 대한 간호학생의 생생한 경험을 보여주었다. 하브루타 교수법은 학생들에게 수업의 재미와 흥미를 가져다주고 활발한 상호작용과 다양한 문제를 경험하면서 오랫동안 수업내용을 기억하게 하였다. 이는 다양한 간호학 전공 수업에도 하브루타 교수법 적용의 가능성을 보여주는 것으로, 향후 간호교육, 연구 및 실무 현장에서도 활발한 적용을 기대한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of nursing students’ Habruta teaching method. Methods For this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of 12 nursing students, and data were collected through individual in depth interviews from September to December 2020. The data were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method suggested by Colaizzi. Results The experience of nursing students’ Habruta teaching method consisted of three themes. Three themes are ‘Fun and interesting Havruta’, ‘Lively interacting Havruta’, and ‘Various questions involving Havruta’. Conclusions Findings from this study presented vivid experiences of nursing students who on Habruta teaching method. The Habruta teaching method brought the fun and interest of the class to the students, and made them remember the contents of the class for a long time while experiencing active interaction and various problems. It is necessary to apply the Habruta teaching method to various nursing major classes.
