As the epidemic of COVID-19 is widespread, ever more people are gaining knowledge and information through online learning methods. This study aims to investigate factors influencing students’ perception of online learning during this particular time. Based on this goal, this study proposes five variables of environmental factors (learning interactivity, dynamic content, real-time support, learning functional ease of use, and management of learning environment) that positively influence the perception of online English learning efficiency based on existing research and information collected from EFL learners. The survey data collected from local university students were evaluated to test the proposed hypotheses using structural equational modeling (SEM). The finding showed that all proposed hypotheses with exception of H4 (learning functional ease of use) were significantly supported at p<0.01. Three main keywords (real-time, interact, and dynamic) were identified. Based on the findings, implications of the study were discussed along with limitations and future research direction.
