컴퓨터 특기ㆍ적성 교육에서 학습자ㆍ교사ㆍ학습환경ㆍ학습내용 특성이 학습효과에 미치는 영향

The Influences of the Characteristics of Learners, Teachers, Learning Environments, and Learning Contents on Learning Effects in Computer Specialty and Aptitude Education

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 특기.적성 교육에서 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 요인(학습자 특성, 교사 특성, 학습환경 특성, 학습내용 특성)이 학습효과(학습참여도, 학습만족도, 학업성취도)에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 컴퓨터 특기.적성 교육의 학습참여도를 높이기 위해서 학습자에 대한 칭찬이나 격려, 학습자의 질문에 대한 즉각적인 피드백, 학습자에 대한 관심 및 배려 등 컴퓨터 특기.적성 교육을 지도하는 교사의 자질이나 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 연수 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 컴퓨터 특기.적성 교육의 학습만족도를 높이기 위해서 컴퓨터 특기.적성 교육을 지도하는 교사는 다양한 칭찬이나 보상 등의 강화 방안을 모색하고, 학습자가 교사를 바라볼 경우, 긍정적인 시각이나 관점을 가질 수 있도록 교사로서의 열정과 사랑도 필요하다. 셋째, 컴퓨터 특기.적성 교육의 학업성취도를 높이기 위해서는 컴퓨터 특기.적성 교육을 받는 학습자가 컴퓨터 게임을 하는 시간을 줄이고, 컴퓨터 및 인터넷을 통해 학교 수업 시간에 학습할 수 있는 내용을 검색하고, 교과와 관련된 자료를 수집하는 과제를 해결할 수 있도록 유도해야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to test the influences of the factors(the characteristics of learners, teachers, learning environments, and learning contents) on learning effects(participation in learning, satisfaction with learning, and learning achievement) in computer specialty and aptitude education. The research efforts led to the following conclusions: First, the characteristics of teachers(26.5%) had the biggest influences on participation in learning in computer specialty and aptitude education, being followed by those of learners(20.7%), learning environments(18.3%), and learning contents(15.4%) in the order. Second, the characteristics of teachers(20.5%) also had the most impacts on satisfaction with learning in computer specialty and aptitude education, being followed by those of learners(12.3%), learning environments(11.6%) and learning contents(11.2%) in the order. Third, the characteristics of learners(5.8%) had the greatest effects on learning achievement in computer specialty and aptitude education, being followed by those of teachers(1.3%), learning environments(1.1%), and learning contents(0.4%) in the order. And fourth, the influences of the characteristics of learners, teachers, learning environments, and learning contents on learning effects in computer specialty and aptitude education were very high at 48.1%.
