초등학교 여교사의 심리적 안녕감 구성 요소와 교사효능감, 직무만족도의 관계

Factors of Psychological Well-Being and the Relations with Psychological Well-Being, Teacher Efficacy, Job Satisfaction in Elementary School Female Teachers

본 연구에서는 초등학교 여교사의 심리적 안녕감을 구성하고 있는 요인을 분석하고, 심리적 안녕감과 교사효능감, 직무만족과의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 초등학교 여교사 732명을 대상으로 심리적 안녕감, 교사효능감, 직무만족도 검사를 실시하였으며 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 여교사가 지각하는 심리적 안녕감의 구성 요소는 자아수용, 긍정적 대인관계, 자율성, 개인적 성장이었다. 둘째, 심리적 안녕감과 교사효능감, 직무만족도 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있었으며, 셋째, 교사효능감과 직무만족도는 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 선행연구와 관련지어 논의한 후 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 제시하였다.

This study analyzed the factors of psychological well-being of elementary school female teachers and investigated its interrelations with teacher efficacy and job satisfaction. 732 female elementary school teachers s data were collected and analyzed. The analysis showed following results. First, 4 factors of psychological well-being in elementary school female teachers were extracted: self acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy and personal growth. Second, psychological well-being and teacher efficacy showed statistically significant positive relationship. Also psychological well-being and teacher efficacy turned out to have significant positive relationship. Consequently, teacher’s satisfaction level of life were affected by their desire to enjoy working, make achievement through the job and pursue better life. Third, teacher efficacy affected psychological well-being significantly. Fourth, job satisfaction turned out to affect psychological well-being significantly. Based on the findings of this study, implications of teacher welfare were widely discussed with relation to the previous research and the limitations of this study were discussed.
