직업기초능력 지도를 위한 프로젝트 기반 멀티미디어 제작 수업의 효과 분석

Effects of the Project-Based Multimedia Authoring Class on Occupational Key Competencies

지식정보사회에서 직업기초능력의 중요성이 강조되면서 성공적인 직업인을 육성하기 위한 방안이 계속적으로 연구되고 있다. 하지만, 직업 교육을 담당하는 전문계고교의 경우 졸업생들의 직업기초능력에 대한 교사 및 산업체의 만족도는 낮은 상황이다. 본 연구는 전문계 고교 상업계열 학생들의 직업기초능력 중 문제해결능력 및 경력개발능력을 신장시키기 위하여 전자계산 실무 교과의 멀티미디어 자료 제작 단원에 적합한 프로젝트 기반 학습 모형을 연구, 적용한 후 직업기초능력 진단도구를 이용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 프로젝트 학습의 적용이 전통적 실습수업 집단에 비하여 문제해결능력 및 경력개발능력 신장에 더욱 효과기 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 직업기초능력을 고려한 교육 방법의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었고, 학교 현장에서 직업기초능력 향상을 위한 다양한 시도와 노력이 지속적으로 연구되고 적용되어야 할 것이다.

In order to improve the problem solving ability and the career development ability of the students of vocational high school, this study examined and applied a project-based learning model suitable for multimedia data authoring section of electronic computing practice, and then verified its effectiveness by an assessment instrument for the Occupational key competence. As a result, both the traditional practice class and the project learning showed significant effectiveness in extending the problem solving ability and the career development ability. However, the result of post-examination revealed that the difference between the traditional practice class group and the project-based learning group was significant, suggesting that the application of project-based learning was more positive in the extending of the problem solving ability and the career development ability.
