The Perception Survey about Competency of Meister High School Teacher

이 연구는 마이스터고 교원의 역량별 인식을 조사하여 마이스터고 교원의 전문성 함양 방안을 제안하는데 주 목적을 두고 있다. 주요 연구방법으로는 설문조사 방법이 활용되었다. 연구 결과, 마이스터고에 재직하면서 교수학습, 대외협력과 관련된 역량의 중요도를 높게 인식하고 있으며 이는 담당교과, 보직유무, 경력에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 특히 특성화고 재직시와 비교할 때 직업기초능력지도, 직무분석을 통한 교육과정 개발 지원, 현장연구, 산학협력구축 및 운영에 대한 중요도 인식과 수행수준차가 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에, 마이스터고 교원의 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 교원의 특성(담당교과, 경력 등)을 고려하고 마이스터고 운영을 위해 강조되는 역량을 중심으로 한 차별화된 연수 프로그램의 마련이 요구된다.

The main purpose of this study is to suggest a special developing of meister high school teachers by investigating the perception survey about their competency. Main research method in our study is to use questionnaire tool. We also surveyed regular teacher who play a subject in charge for 1 or 2 grade classroom in 21 s new meister high school. In our result, While teacher employed in meister high school , they perceive the importance of competency in relation to teaching method and cooperation among high school. This results show difference of significant level in accordance to their educational or appointment experience and a subject in charge. Specially, comparing with serving at vocational high school, we can find big level difference between self-achievement and important perception about cooperation between industry and school assistant for curriculum development, field study through key competency, job analysis. In order to strengthen the competency of teacher, It needs to prepare a distinguished educational training the program which is considered teacher s experience and the competency for meister high school management.
