예비 유아교사와 예비 초등교사의 유아 교사 역할 인식

The perception on early childhood teacher s role of pre-service early childhood teachers and pre-service elementary school teachers

본 연구는 예비 유아 교사와 예비 초등 교사, 총 131명을 대상으로 유아교사 역할에 대하여 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보았다. 분석 결과, 예비 유아교사는 양육자 역할, 교육과정 계획수행자 역할, 행정업무 및 관리자의 역할, 연구자의 역할을 유아교사의 역할로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 예비 초등교사는 양육자 역할, 교육과정 계획수행자 역할을 유아교사의 역할로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사 양성 대학과 초등교사 양성대학에서 유아교사의 전문성 인식을 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was investigated the perception on early childhood teacher s role of pre-service early childhood teachers and pre-service elementary school teachers. The subjects were 131(pre-service early childhood teachers: 64, pre-service elementary teachers: 67). The results of this study were as follows: Pre-service early childhood teachers recognized the care-giver role, plan and practice role of curriculum, administration and management role, researcher role of early chilhood teacher s role. However, pre-service elementary teachers recognized the care-giver role, plan and practice role of curriculum of early chilhood teacher s role. These results were showed pre-service early childhood and pre-service elementary teachers to recognized early childhood teacher was a professional.
