A Study on Writing Education for Core Competencies: Focused on Liberal education

본 연구에서는 도구적 실용성의 가치에 점철되어 있는 교양교육의 문제점을 파악하고 교양교육 본연의 인간 중심 교육을 회복하기 위한 목적으로서의 글쓰기 교육 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 교양교육에서 글쓰기 교과의 활성화를 위해서는 보다 시대 흐름에 맞는 교양교육과정의 수립이 필요한데, 이에 대한 대안으로 액션플랜(Action Plan)을 제안하였다 전문 지식을 함양하고 전문 지식을 활용하여 주체적 앎으로서의 글쓰기 역량을 함양하고 강화하기 위한 방법이다. 액션플랜은 전문 지식을 활용하여 문제를 탐색하고 정보를 수집하여 문제 해결의 실마리를 찾고 모둠원들의 원활한 의사소통을 이끌어 문제를 해결하고 이를 바탕으로 모의 실험을 거쳐 기대 효과를 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 한다.

In this study, we tried to understand the problems of the liberal arts education which is emphasized on the value of instrumental practicality and to find a way of writing education as the purpose of recovering the human - centered education of liberal arts education. In order to activate the writing subject in the liberal arts education, it is necessary to establish the liberal arts curriculum suitable for the current era, and proposed an action plan as an alternative. It is a method to cultivate expert knowledge and utilize expert knowledge to cultivate and strengthen writing competence as subjective knowledge. The Action Plan utilizes expertise to navigate problems, collect information, find clues to problem solving, and communicate with the rest of the team to solve problems and then draw simulated experiments to draw out the expected effects.
