1950년대 대전의 시문학 연구

A Study on the Poetics of Daejeon in the 1950s: Focusing on early <Hoseo Literature>

이 논문의 목적은 1950년대 대전에서 발행된 『호서문학(湖西文學)』을 통해 초기 대전 문학의 형성과정을 규명하려는 것이다. 반세기 전의 문인들이 남겨놓은 시와 산문에는 당시의 시대상이 고스란히 반영되어 있다. 그안에 담긴 세계인식은 전쟁이라는 혹독한 시절을 살아낸 결과다. 이런 맥락을 전제하면서, 1950년대에 대전 지역에서 발행된 『호서문학』의 주요 시편과 산문을 읽어나가고자 한다. 본문에서는 1952년 8월에 발간된 『호서문학』1집과 1956년에 2월에 나온 『호서문학』3집에 실린 시 작품을 중심으로, 전쟁 이후 4년 남짓한 시간동안 ‘신흥 도시’ 대전의 문학장에서 일어난 변화의 조짐과 그 안에 담긴 의미를 구체적으로 따져보게 될 것이다. 이를 통해 그간의 대전 문학사에서 제대로 논의되지 못했던 작가들의 소박한 말과 기억을 되살리고, 과거와 현재의 접속을 도모하고자 한다. 이러한 작업은 한국전쟁 이후 대전 문학장의 변화에 내재하는 다양한 문화적 맥락을 살피는 통로가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the formation process of early Daejeon literature through <Hoseo Literature> published in Daejeon in the 1950s. The poems and prose left by literary men from half a century ago reflect the era of that time. The world perception contained in it is the result of surviving the harsh times of war. Assuming this context, I would like to read the main psalms and prose of Hoseo Literature published in Daejeon in the 1950s. The main text focuses on the first volume of <Hoseo Literature> published in August 1952 and the third volume of <Hoseo Literature> published in February 1956. For more than four years after the war, the Emerging City of Daejeon The signs of change that took place in the literary field and the meaning contained in it will be examined in detail. Through this, it is intended to revive the simple words and memories of writers that have not been properly discussed in the history of literature in Daejeon, and to promote a connection between the past and the present. This work will serve as a channel to examine the various cultural contexts inherent in the changes of the Daejeon literature hall after the Korean War.
