ЭЛЕКТРОННЫЙ ФРОНТИР КАК МОДЕЛЬ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ В РОССИИ

The authors through the concept of the border consider the issues of social relations in the context of digital transformation. The article compares approaches to the concept of frontier of Russian and American researchers. The authors put forward a proposal to consider the processes of electronic transformation from the point of view of border theory and compare the features and stages of development of the historical fronts of the United States and Russia with the development of electronic (network) borders. It is proposed to turn to the experience of mastering historical fronts in the USA and Russia in order to formulate new approaches to the development of cyberspace and the dynamics of digital transformation.
