성공적인 공급망 관리의 수행을 위해서는 기업 고유의 철학과 경쟁력을 필요로 하며, 이는 공급망 전체의 공통된 인지적 프로세스를 통해 실현될 수 있다. 특히 공급망 파트너들의 친화성과 원활한 정보공유는 공급망 협력을 촉진하는 역할을 하며, 이는 공급망의 성공적 수행 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 일치성이론에 기초하여, 공급망 친화성을 기업의 협력을 촉진하는 요인으로 제시하고 친화성을 세 개의 차원(기술적, 운영, 문화적)으로 구조화하여 정보공유와 공급망 협력에 대한 영향관계를 파악하는 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 친화성과 협력 사이에서 정보공유의 매개효과에 대한 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과로 공급망의 문화적 친화성이 협력에 미치는 영향, 기술적 친화성이 정보공유에 미치는 영향, 정보공유가 협력에 미치는 영향이 유의미함을 제시하였다. 또한 매개효과 분석을 통해 공급망 파트너 간의 정보공유는 기술적 친화성과 협력에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

Based on the congruence theory, this study proposed supply chain compatibility as a factor promoting collaboration, and examines the relationship between information sharing and supply chain collaboration by decomposing compatibility into three dimensions (technical, operational, and cultural compatibility). An empirical analysis was performed on the mediating effect of information sharing between compatibility and collaboration. The results show that cultural compatibility’s effect on collaboration, technological compatibility’s effect on information sharing, and the effect of information sharing on collaboration were significant. Mediating effect analysis showed that information sharing indirectly affects technological compatibility and collaboration. Based on these results, we drew theoretical and practical implications, and further discussed limitations and future research directions.
