호밀녹비 이용 시 중질소(15N)를 이용한 질소원 유래별 콩의 집적질소 분획추정

Estimation of Soybean N Fraction Derived from N Sources by 15N in Soybean Cultivation with Rye as Green Manure

Winter season cultivation of rye as greenmanure for soybean have been a favorite with farmer be-cause it could remove a risk of injury by continuous crop-ping and increase N uptake and yield of soybean. Effectsof rye green manure on soybean N uptake, N₂ fixation andyield were investigated with15N as pot experiment in green-house in 2004 and field in 2005, respectively. The N derivedfrom N fertilizer (15N) in rye green manure increased withincreasing of N fertilizer rate compared to N derived frompaddy soil was higher than those at he pot with upland soilmainly due to the increase of N uptake from pady soil.Total15N recovery in soil was higher at rye green manurethan no green manure because15N applied to rye plant wasremained highly as soil organic N compared to chemicalN fertilizer.15N recovery in soybean plant increased inproportion to amounts of N fertilizer applied to rye. TheN fractions from N2 fixation of soybean plant at he potexperiment in 2004 ranged from 92% to 95%, on the otherto 84%. Estimation of amount of N₂ fixation was notdifferent between Difference method and15N method in2004 and 2005.
