Study on Surgical Risk and Its Management and Control

Nursing plays a very important role in modern surgical work, because the content of nursing work is complex, but it also has certain particularity. Nursing care is not only related to the implementation of doctors orders to achieve good therapeutic effect, but also affects the key links of patients according to medical assistance plan. However, in the process of nursing, many factors may lead to the risk of nursing work, endanger the life safety of patients and cause conflicts between doctors and patients. In order to reduce the risk of surgical nursing and improve the safety of nursing work, more attention must be paid. In this paper, aiming at the risks of surgical nursing work, the existing problems are found out, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward to help the existing surgical nursing work to advance and develop safely and orderly.
