비대면 상황에서 간호대학생의 생활 스트레스와 심리적 안녕감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

Influences of the Stress and Psychological Well-being of Nursing Students on College Life Adaptation in Non-face-to-face Situations*

본 연구는 비대면 상황에서 간호대학생의 생활 스트레스, 심리적 안녕감, 대학생활적응 정도를 파악하여, 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G광역시에 소재하고 있는 G, H대학의 간호대학생 159명을 대상으로 2021년 10월 21일부터 10월 31일까지 자료수집을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, t-test, 일원배치 분산분석, 상관관계 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의 대학생활적응은 생활 스트레스(r=-.533, p<.001), 심리적 안녕감(r=.649, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 심리적 안녕감은 생활 스트레스와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(r=-.467, p<.001). 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호학 전공 만족도(β=-218, p<.001), 대학생활 만족도(β=-.195, p=.001), 생활 스트레스(β=-.259, p<.001), 심리적 안녕감(β=.355, p<.001)으로 확인되었으며, 모형의 설명력은 58%로 나타났다(F=37.366, p<.001). 본 연구결과는 비대면 상황에서 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 높이기 위한 중재프로그램의 개발 및 적용에 기초자료가 될 것이다.

This study is a descriptive survey study to identify factors influencing college life adaptation by grasping the degree of life stress, psychological well-being, and college life adaptation of nursing students in non-face-to-face situations. Data collection was conducted from October 21 to 31, 2021 for 159 nursing students at G, H University located in G Metropolitan City. The SPSS 24.0 program was used for data analysis, and descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and hierarchial regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, The adaptation to college life in nursing students was a significant correlation with life stress (r=-.533, p<.001), psychological well-being (r=.649, p<.001). Significant predictor variables nursing students adaptation to college life are satisfaction with nursing major (β=-218, p<.001), college life satisfaction (β=-.195, p=.001), living stress (β=-.259, p<.001), psychological well-being (β=.355, p<.001). The explanation power of the model was 58% and was statistically significant (F=37.366, p<.001). The results of this study will serve as basic data for the development and application of intervention programs to enhance nursing students adaptation to college life in non-face-to-face situations.
