간호대학생의 코로나19에 대한 지식, 사회심리적 건강 및 우울 간의 관계

The Relationship of knowledge of COVID-19, Psychosocial wellbeing and Depression during COVID-19 Pandemic in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 코로나19에 대한 지식, 사회심리적 건강, 우울정도를 파악하여 간호대학생의 정신건강증진 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 일 대학 간호대학생 225명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하엿으며 평균과 표준편차를 확인하고 일반적 특성에 따른 코로나19에 대한 지식, 사회심리적 건강, 우울 정도의 차이는 T-test, ANOVA로 분석 후 Scheffe 사후검증을 실시하였고, 각 변수들 간의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficient으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 일 대학 간호대학생의 코로나19와 사회심리적 건강, 우울과의 상관관계는 코로나19에 대한 지식과 사회심리적 건강, 우울은 연관성이 없었으며, 사회심리적 건강은 우울과는 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 그러므로 연구결과 간호대학생의 코로나19에 대한 지식에 대한 좀 더 세밀한 연구 및 사회심리적 건강 및 우울을 감소하기 위한 다양한 정신건강증진 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

This study was attempted to provide basic data on nursing students mental health promotion programs by identifying their knowledge of COVID-19, psychosocial wellbeing and depression. The data were collected using structured questionnaires of 225 nursing students at a college, and the average and standard deviation were checked, and the knowledge of COVID-19 according to general characteristics, psychosocial wellbeing, and the degree of the depression were analyzed by T-test and ANOVA, after then Scheffe post-verification was conducted, The correlation between each variable was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient. The study found that the correlation between psychosocial wellbeing and depression among nursing college students was not related to the knowledge of COVID-19, However psychosocial wellbeing was related to depression. Therefore, more detailed research on nursing students knowledge of COVID-19 shoud be developed and the application of various mental health promotion programs to reduce psychosocial wellbeing, depression are needed.
