LiFE사업 단과대학 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여동기와 학습성과 및 관련 요인에 관한 효과 연구

A Study on the Effects of Lifelong Learning Participation Motivation, Learning Performance, and Related Factors in LiFE Project College Adult Learners

목적 이 연구는 대학평생교육체제 지원사업에 참여한 성인학습자의 참여동기, 사회적지지, 자기효능감, 학습성과의 구조적관계를 통하여 학습성과에 미치는 영향 관계와 간접효과를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 전라북도 소재 J대학과 K대학의 성인학습자 133명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 27일에서 4월 7일까지 구글(Google) 설문을 통해 진행하였다. 최종 J대학 재학생 62명과 K대학 재학생 69명의 성실한 설문지 131부를 사용하여 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 사용하였다. 결과 연구 결과 평생학습 참여동기가 사회적지지를 매개로 학습성과에 미치는 효과는 .289이며 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.001). 평생학습 참여동기가 자기효능감을 매개로 학습성과에 미치는 매개효과는 .071로 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 그리고 평생학습 참여동기가 사회적지지와 자기효능감을 매개로 학습성과에 미치는 매개효과는 .147이며, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.001). 결론 본 연구에서는 대학 평생교육에 참여한 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여동기와 학습성과의 관계에 있어서 사회적지지와 자기효능감의 매개효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 이를 통해 성인학습자의 학습성과를 도출하기 위해서는 사회적지지와 자기효능감 증진을 위한 방안 모색이 요구되었다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to elucidate the relationship and indirect effects on learning outcomes by examining the structural relationships among the participation motive, social support, self-efficacy, and learning outcomes of adult learners who participated in the university lifelong education system support project. Methods A survey of 133 adult learners from J University and K University in Jeollabuk-do was conducted from March 27 to April 7, 2021, and was conducted through a Google questionnaire.The analysis was conducted using 131 copies of the sincere questionnaire of 62 students from J University and 69 students from K University. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used for data analysis. As a result of this study, the effect of lifelong learning participation motive on learning outcomes through social support was .289, which was statistically significant (p<.001). Results The mediating effect of lifelong learning participation motive on learning outcomes through social support and self-efficacy was .147, which was statistically significant (p<.001). Conclusions This study revealed that there is a mediating effect of social support and self-efficacy in the relationship between participation motive and learning outcomes of adult learners. In order to derive the learning outcomes of adult learners through this, it was required to find ways to enhance social support and self-efficacy.
