어린이집 중간관리자의 직무경험에 관한 탐구

Exploration of the job experience of the middle manager of the Childcare center.: A Collaborative Autoethnography

본 연구는 어린이집 중간관리자를 대상으로 어린이집 중간관리자들의 직무경험은 어떠한지를 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기지역에 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하는 주임교사 4명을 대상으로 2020년 6월 11일부터 6월 22일까지 온라인 질문지와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어린이집 중간관리자의 직무수행을 위한 필요요인이 있었다. 둘째, 어린이집 중간관리자는 직무를 수행하며 경험하는 어려움을 경험하였다. 셋째, 어린이집 중간관리자는 직무를 수행하며 만족을 느꼈다. 본 연구는 어린이집 중간관리자의 직무경험에 관한 탐구를 통해 직무수행을 위한 필요요인과 주임교사가 경험하는 어려움과 보람을 이해하여 중간관리자가 효율인 직무수행과 직책부여 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초자료와 시사점을 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the job experience of middle managers of childcare centers for middle managers (head teachers). To this end, in-depth interviews with online questionnaires were conducted from June 11 to June 22, 2020 for four chief teachers working at childcare centers located in Gyeonggi Province. As a result of the study, first, there were necessary factors for the job performance of middle managers of childcare centers. Second, middle managers of daycare centers experienced difficulties in performing their duties. Third, the middle manager of the childcare center felt satisfied (proud, happy) while performing his duties. This study is meaningful in providing basic data and implications for understanding the necessary factors for job performance and the difficulties and rewards experienced by the head teacher through exploration of the job experience.
