The purpose of this study is to analyze jobs and years of service according to the personality type (MBTI results) of facility management company employees and to present the direction of organizational management reflecting the personality type of employees. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, an MBTI test was conducted on employees working in Company A s division of S company, and the results of 622 people were used for the study. The research results are as follows. First, there are jobs preferred according to the personality type of employees. Second, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the direction of energy and the recognition information in the difference in the number of years of service in employees personality types. The implications of this study are that long-term service of employees and stable company operation require identification of employees personality types and organizational management based on the results.
