The purpose of this study is to investigate trends and market changes in marine tourism caused by COVID-19 and to verify differences in risk perception and attitude of marine tourists. To this end, a survey was conducted on 229 students at Inha Technical College before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. As a result of the study, four factors (physical, social, financial, and temporal factors) were presented for risk perception of marine tourists, and three factors (emotional, cognitive, and behavioral factors) were suggested for marine tourist Attitude. The results verified that there were differences in marine tourists concerns, risk perception, and attitudes according to the outbreak of COVID-19. Based on these research results, implications such as establishing a crisis management system, developing new marine tourism contents, and establishing a smart marine tourism system were derived. It is expected to be used as basic data for domestic marine tourism policies.
