장애학생의 공격행동에 대한 특수교육교사의 대처방식 및 교육적 중재에 관한 인식

Perceptions of Educational Interventions and Coping Strategies of Special Education Teachers for the Aggressive Behavior of Students with Disabilities

이 연구의 목적은 장애학생의 공격행동에 대한 특수교육교사의 대처방식 및 교육적 중재에 관한 인식을 알아봄으로써, 바람직한 대처와 교육적 중재방안 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 166명의 특수교육교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 장애학생의 공격행동에 대한 특수교육교사의 대처방식은 문제집중적 대처, 사회적지지 추구, 정서 완화적 대처, 소망적 사고로 구분하였으며, 교육적 중재방법에 대한 인식은 개인차원과 학교차원으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 장애학생의 공격행동에 대한 특수교육교사는 소극적 대처보다 적극적 대처방식을 더 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 대처방식은 성별, 특수교육경력, 학력 및 연수경험에 따라 차이를 보였다. 또한 개인차원의 교육적 중재방법에 대한 인식은 성별, 특수교육경력, 학교급, 학력, 상해경험에 의해 일부 다르게 나타났으며, 학교차원의 교육적 중재방법은 성별, 행동중재 연수경험에 의해 일부 영역에서 차이를 보였다. 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 논의와 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate special education teachers’ coping strategies and educational interventions for the aggressive behavior of students with disabilities and search for desirable coping methods and efficient interventions for aggressive behavior. Coping in a special education teacher for students with disabilities in aggressive behaviors it was analyzed by separating them with problem-focused coping, pursuit of social support, emotional palliative coping, wishful thinking. And awareness of the educational intervention was analyzed separately by school level and individual level. The study measured perceptions of coping strategies and educational interventions of 166 special education teachers with measuring instruments, the data were analyzed utilizing the SPSS statistical program. Research, special education teacher for students with disabilities of aggression was shown by using more active than passive coping, coping strategies were different according to gender, special education career, education and behavior intervention training experience. Awareness of the educational intervention personal level also showed some different by gender, special educational career, grades, education, injuries Experience. Educational intervention in the school level were different in some areas by gender, behavior intervention training experience.
