기능기반의 종합적인 중재가 지적장애 고등학생의 공격행동 및 과제완성행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 사례연구

The Effects of a Function-Based Intervention on Aggressive Behavior in a High School Student with Intellectual Disability：A Case Study

이 연구의 목적은 지적장애 고등학생의 공격행동인 꼬집기 행동의 감소 및 과제완성행동의 향상을 위해 기능 기반의 종합적인 중재를 실행하고 그 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 연구 참여자의 꼬집기 행동에 대한 기능을 평가하기 위해 간접평가, 기술평가, 기능 분석을 실시하였다. 기능 평가 결과 연구 참여자의 꼬집기 행동은 과제에 대한 도피 기능으로 평가되었다. 따라서 행동 중재는 꼬집기 행동의 도피 기능을 기반으로 선행사건, 대체행동 교수, 후속결과 중재를 포함하는 종합적인 중재를 계획하여 실행하였다. 연구 결과, 연구 참여자의 꼬집기 행동은 감소되고, 과제완성행동은 향상되었다. 지적장애 고등학생의 꼬집기 행동은 기능을 기반으로 한 중재의 제공으로 감소되었을 뿐 아니라 과제완성행동의 향상에도 효과적이었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a function-based intervention on pinching in a high school student with intellectual disability. The functional behavioral assessments including indirect and descriptive assessments as well as experimental analysis were conducted on the function of the pinching behavior. Functional assessment data indicated that the participant’s pinching was maintained by escape from non-preferred/difficult tasks. Based on the assessments, function-based intervention including antecedents, replacement behavior, and consequences was developed and implemented. The results indicated that the pinching behavior of the participant decreased and task completion increased. The effects of the intervention were maintained after removing the intervention.
