Problems and countermeasures of retirees in an aging society: Focusing on retirement measures for successful retirement

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 고령화 사회에서 은퇴자들이 겪고 있는 문제점과 현황에 관해 살펴보고, 은퇴자들이 성공적 노후를 위한 노후대책을 위해 필요한 사항이 무엇인지를 파악하여 다양한 은퇴자들의 욕구에 맞는 대응방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 은퇴자들의 현황을 분석해보고, 본 연구의 수행을 위하여 은퇴자들의 성공적 노후를 위한 대응방안을 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, 고령화 사회의 의의와 내용을 살펴본다. 둘째, 은퇴와 관련된 이론을 검토한다. 셋째, 성공적 노후를 위한 신체적⸱정신적⸱사회적 관점에서 검토하고, 노후 대책의 유형을 살펴본다. 넷째, 은퇴자들의 성공적 노후 인식 및 재취업 현황을 살펴본다. 위의 네 가지 연구수행 내용은 현재 고령화 사회 은퇴자들의 중요한 문제점과 현황을 분석함으로써 이들에게 안정된 노후를 위한 대응방안을 마련하는데 기초가 될 것이며, 본 연구의 고령화 사회 은퇴자의 성공적 노화 인식에 대한 노후대책은 각 연령별로 한국의 실정에 맞는 대응방안을 제시하는 것이 중요하며, 은퇴하여 일을 그만 둔 후에도 의미 있고, 생산적인 사회구성원이 되기 위한 노력이 개인이나 국가차원에서 이루어져야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems and status of retirees in Korea s aging society, identify what retirees need for retirement measures for successful retirement, and find ways to meet the needs of various retirees. To achieve this objective, this study analyzes the status of retirees and presents countermeasures for successful retirement of retirees for the performance of this study as follows: First, we look at the significance and content of an aging society. Secondly, we examine the theories related to retirement. Thirdly, the preceding research for successful retirement is reviewed from three perspectives (physical 정신mental 사회적social) and the types of retirement measures are examined. Fourth, we look at the status of successful retirement perceptions and reemployment of retirees. The above four studies will be based on analyzing the important problems and status of retirees in aging society, and the study s retirement plan for successful aging of retirees in aging society is important for each age.
