코로나19 팬데믹에서 항공여행전공학생의 전공만족과 취업불안에 관한 연구

A Study on Major Satisfaction and Job-Seeking Anxiety of Air Tourism Major Students under COVID-19 Pandemic: Mediating Effect of Resilience

본 연구는 코로나19로 취업위기 상황을 맞은 항공여행전공학생들이 부정적인 감정에 적절하게 대 처하고 긍정적인 정서를 함양할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 전공만족이 취업불안에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 개인의 노력이나 환경에 따라 발전될 수 있는 회복탄력성이 취업불안에 미치는 전공만족의 영향을 매개하고 있는지 확인해보고자 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 서울, 경기, 충청지역의 항공여행전공학생을 대상으로 비대면 방식으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료 323부는 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 항공여행전공학생의 전공만족은 취업불안에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 따라서 항공여행전공학생의 취업불안을 완화시키기 위해서는 전공만족과 회복탄력성을 증진시키기 위한 다각적인 방법이 모색되어야 하겠다.

This study seeks to find ways for air tourism major students to withstand the job crisis caused by covid-19 and respond appropriately to negative emotions. It was carried out to identify the influence of major satisfaction on job-seeking anxiety and the mediating role of resilience between major satisfaction and job-seeking anxiety. For the research, an online survey was conducted on college students majoring in air tourism in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong, and part 323 of the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. Study has shown that major satisfactions of air tourism major students have a significant negative effect on job-seeking anxiety and the mediating effect of resilience has been verified in their relationships. Therefore, in order to alleviate job-seeking anxiety among air tourism major students, various methods must be sought to increase major satisfaction and resilience.
