하이데거의 현존재분석론과 형식적 지시에 근거한 상담-치료

Counselling-Therapy based on Heidegger’s Daseinsanalytik and Formal Indicating

이 논문은 하이데거의 ‘현존재분석론’이 상담과 치료에 응용되는 근거를 ‘형식적 지시’와 ‘형식지시적 개념’을 중심으로 밝히는 것을 목표로 한다. 자연과학이나전통 형이상학에 의해 왜곡되고 협소화되기 이전의 인간의 존재방식과 실제 삶의 사실을 담아낼 수 있는 새로운 철학함의 방법으로 개발된 것이 ‘형식적 지시’다. ‘형식지시적 개념’은 현사실성에 대한 철학함인 ‘형식적 지시’의 결과물이다. 하이데거 철학을 응용한 상담과 치료는 주로 그의 ‘현존재분석론’에서 제시된 ‘세계-내-존재’, ‘본래성’, ‘각자성’, ‘개시성’ 등과 같은 형식지시적 개념을 길잡이로 진행된다. 따라서 이러한 ‘형식지시적 개념’의 성격을 밝힌다는 것은 현존재분석론을 준용하는 상담과 치료의 토대를 밝히는 작업이다. 그런데 형식지시적 개념들 중 ‘개시성’은 특히 주목할 필요가 있다. ‘개시성’은 현존재에게 세계와 자기 자신이 드러나는 일차적 방식이기 때문이다. ‘개시성’에 대한 탐구는 기존의 상담과 치료에서 전제하는 내담자의 세계와 자기 이해가 내담자가 실제로 체험한 것과는 달리 이론적으로 추상화됐다는 사실을 보여줄 것이다.

This essay aims to clarify the grounds that Heidegger s concept ‘Daseinsanalytik’ can be applied in counseling and therapy, focusing on ‘Formal Indicating’ and ‘Formal Indicative Concepts’. Formal Indicating was developed as a new philosophical method that could contain the facts of human existence and one’s real life before it was distorted and narrowed by natural science or traditional metaphysics. ‘Formal Indicative Concepts’ are the result of ‘Formal Indicating’, also called Hermeneutics of Faktizität or ‘Hermeneutical Phenomenology.’ Counseling and therapy based on Heidegger s philosophy is mainly guided by Formal Indicative Concepts such as ‘Being-in-the-world’, ‘Authenticity’, ‘Always my own being’, and ‘Disclosedness’ suggested in his ‘Daseinsanalytik.’ Clarifying the characteristics of these Formal Indicative Concepts uncovers the foundations of counseling and therapy based on ‘Daseinsanalytik’ mutatis mutandis. However, among ‘Formal Indicative Concepts’, ‘Disclosedness’ deserves special attention. Because ‘Disclosedness’ is the primary way of revealing the world and oneself to the Existence. The search for ‘Disclosedness’ will show the client s presupposed world and self-understanding in the established counseling and therapy are theoretical abstraction compared to what the client actually experiences.
