Study on the Effect of CBS Combined with On-Site Observation Teaching in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Skill Teaching in Resident Doctors Standardized Training

目的:探&#35752;以病例&#20026;引&#23548;(Case-based study, CBS)&#32852;合&#29616;&#22330;&#35266;摩&#25945;&#23398;&#23545;&#21442;&#19982;住院&#21307;&#24072;&#35268;范化培&#35757;心肺&#22797;&#33487;技能&#25945;&#23398;的效果及&#28385;意度。方法 &#36873;取重&#24198;市急救中心&#21442;&#19982;2019年住院&#21307;&#24072;&#35268;范化培&#35757;的120名&#23398;&#21592;, 按照&#25968;字&#38543;机法分&#20026;&#20256;&#32479;&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;(n=60)和CBS&#32852;合&#29616;&#22330;&#35266;摩&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;(n=60), 比&#36739;&#20004;&#32452;&#23398;&#21592;在培&#35757;后的理&#35770;成&#32489;、心肺&#22797;&#33487;操作成&#32489;、&#30005;除&#39076;成&#32489;、&#27668;管&#25554;管成&#32489;、&#23398;&#20064;&#39118;格和&#28385;意度。 &#32467;果:在培&#35757;&#32467;束后, CBS&#32852;合&#29616;&#22330;&#35266;摩&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;中&#23398;&#21592;的理&#35770;成&#32489;、心肺&#22797;&#33487;操作成&#32489;、&#30005;除&#39076;成&#32489;和&#27668;管&#25554;管成&#32489;均明&#26174;高于&#20256;&#32479;&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;(P均<0.05);CBS&#32852;合&#29616;&#22330;&#35266;摩&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;中&#31454;&#20105;型、&#21327;作型和&#29420;立型格拉沙-&#36182;克曼的&#23398;&#20064;&#39118;格量表(Grasha-Reichmann Student Learning Style Scale, GRSLSS)分&#25968;明&#26174;高于&#20256;&#32479;&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;(P均<0.05) ;依&#36182;型GRSLSS分&#25968;在CBS&#32852;合&#29616;&#22330;&#35266;摩&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;中明&#26174;低于&#20256;&#32479;&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;(P <0.05);CBS&#32852;合&#29616;&#22330;&#35266;摩&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;中&#23398;&#21592;的&#28385;意度明&#26174;高于&#20256;&#32479;&#25945;&#23398;&#32452;(P <0.05)。&#32467;&#35770;:在住院&#21307;&#24072;&#35268;范化培&#35757;心肺&#22797;&#33487;技能&#25945;&#23398;中采用CBS&#32852;合&#29616;&#22330;&#35266;摩&#25945;&#23398;不&#20165;能&#22815;提高&#23398;&#21592;的考&#35797;成&#32489;, &#36824;能&#22815;影&#21709;&#23398;&#21592;的&#23398;&#20064;&#39118;格, &#20540;得在住院&#21307;生&#35268;范化培&#35757;中&#36827;行推&#24191;。

objective: To investigate the effect and satisfaction of CPR skill teaching in resident physicians standardized training by case-based study (CBS) combined with on-site observation teaching. Methods 120 students who participated in the standardized training for resident doctors in Chongqing Emergency Center in 2019 were randomly divided into traditional teaching group (n=60) and CBS joint on-site observation group (n=60) according to the random number method. After training, the two groups of students were compared in terms of theoretical performance, performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, electrodefibrillation, tracheal intubation, learning style and satisfaction. Results: After the training, the theoretical scores, cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation scores, electrical defibrillation scores and tracheal intubation scores of students in the CBS combined with on-site observation group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group (P <0.05). The scores of competitive, cooperative and independent Grasha-Reichmann Student Learning Style Scale (GRSLSS) in CBS group were significantly higher than those in traditional group (ALL P <0.05). The scores of dependent GRSLSS in CBS group were significantly lower than those in traditional group (P <0.05). The degree of satisfaction of students in CBS joint observation group was significantly higher than that in traditional teaching group (P <0.05). Conclusion: CBS combined with on-site observation teaching in cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill teaching in standardized training for residents can not only improve students test scores, but also affect students learning style, which is worth promoting in standardized training for residents.
