전산세무회계프로그램의 사용자통제성이 사용자만족도에 미치는 영향

Effects of User Control of Computerized Tax Accounting Program on the Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness and User s Satisfaction

본 연구는 대학의 전산세무회계교육용으로 많이 사용되고 있는 회계프로그램 사용자들을 대상으로 하여 상호작용성의 주요 변수로 알려져 있는 사용자통제성(user control)이 사용자들의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하였다. 통계자료 분석에 필요한 자료는 설문지를 이용해서 수집하였다. 서울경기와 충청지역의 5개 대학들에서 전산회계나 전산세무회계 교과목을 수강하는 대학생들을 대상으로 총 400매의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 그 중에서 160매가 회수되었다. 기재가 불성실한 10매를 제외하고 최종적으로는 유효 표본 150매를 가설검증을 위해 사용하였다. SPSS를 사용해 기초통계분석을 실시했으며, 선행연구를 통해 설정된 연구가설들을 검증하기 위해서 AMOS 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model)을 적용하였다. 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전산세무회계프로그램에 대한 사용자통제성은 사용자의 지각된 사용용이성(Perceived Ease of Use: PEU)에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 전산세무회계프로그램에 대한 사용자통제성은 사용자의 지각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness: PU)에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 전산세무회계프로그램에 대한 지각된 사용용이성은 사용자의 지각된 유용성에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 전산세무회계프로그램에 대한 지각된 사용용이성은 사용자만족도에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 전산세무회계프로그램에 대한 지각된 유용성은 사용자만족도에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과는 전산세무회계프로그램을 개발하는 기업들에게 사용자통제성의 품질수준이 높고, 사용자들이 쉽게 수용할 수 있는 회계프로그램을 개발하거나 개선하는 데 필요한 기초 자료와 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate some relationships among user control of computerized accounting programs, perceived ease of use(PEU), perceived usefulness(PU) and user s satisfaction. A survey questionnaire was distributed to 400 users across the nation who were using the computerized accounting programs, and 160 responses were collected, out of which 10, which were regarded lacking in proper information fill-in, were deleted. A descriptive statistical analysis was applied to the remaining 150 responses, and SEM (Structural Equation Model) was used for hypothesis-testing. The results of the research are summarized as follows: First, it was found that the user control of computerized accounting programs had a significant effect on user s satisfaction. Second, it was found that the user control of computerized accounting programs had no negative effect on PU. Third, PEU of computerized accounting programs had a significant effect on user s PU. Fourth, PEU of computerized accounting programs had a significant effect on user s satisfaction. Finally, PU of computerized accounting programs had a significant effect on user s satisfaction. The results of this study are thought to contribute not only to the improvement of university s computerized accounting education, but also to the improvement of user s satisfaction using computerized accounting program.
