활동과 자원 기반 이지키핑프로그램에 의한 오픈마켓 업종의 회계처리 실무 사례

Applying Activity-Resources Based EASYKeeping Accounting Program to Accounting Processing Practice in Open Market Firms

본 연구는 사례연구 방법을 이용하여 전산회계 분야의 신조류의 하나인 활동과 자원 기반의 회계원리로 개발된 이지키핑회계프로그램을 소개하고, 이를 국내 전산회계 교육 분야에 확산시키는데 필요한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해서 활동과 자원 기반의 이지키핑회계프로그램을 사용해 오픈마켓 업종의 회계처리 실무 사례를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 전산회계의 신조류로 소개한 활동과 자원 기반 이지키핑회계프로그램은 다음과 같은 몇 가지 측면에서 전산회계 분야의 발전에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 첫째, 활동과 자원 기반 이지키핑회계프로그램은 특정 업종에 적용하기가 용이하다는 점이다. 특히 본 연구에서는 기본 프로그램을 오픈마켓 업종에 적합하게 수정하였으며, 이를 이용해 사례 문제를 해결하는데 적용될 수 있음을 제안하였다. 둘째, 본 연구는 활동과 자원 기반 이지키핑회계프로그램을 이용해 차변과 대변 기반의 전통적인 회계프로그램과는 달리 입력된 자료에 대한 별도의 가공과정이 없이 한 번 입력된 자료를 이용하여 원하는 회계보고서, 특히 직접법 현금흐름표가 출력되는 과정을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 학문적인 측면에서 볼 때 전산회계 분야의 신조류로 활동과 자원 기반 회계프로그램을 소개했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 실무적인 측면에서도 전산회계교육에 기여할 수 있는 회계원리를 소개했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce a new trend in the field of computerized accounting and provide information for computerized accounting education in Korea. In order to achieve this purpose, the EASYKeeping accounting program, developed according to activity and resources based accounting principles, was applied to accounting processing practice in open market firms. This new trend of using EASYKeeping accounting program is considered to contribute greatly to the development of computerized accounting field. First, it is easy to apply EASYKeeping to any particular profession. In this study, the basic EASYKeeping accounting program was modified in order to make it fitted to open market firms. This adapted EASYKeeping was appropriately used to solve case problems. Second, it was illustrated that, in contrast with Dr-Cr based traditional accounting program, activity and resources based EASYKeeping accounting program could produce accounting reports, and cash flow statement by direct method without going through additional processing of the initial input. This study has academic significance in that it has introduced activity and resources based EASYKeeping accounting program as part of new trend in the field of computerized accounting. EASYKeeping accounting program has implication for future computerized accounting education as well since it provides practical teachers and potential curriculum developers with new accounting principles.
