이러닝 시스템품질과 협동학습이 이러닝만족에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Effects of E－Learning System Quality and Cooperative Learning on Learning Satisfaction

이러닝 기반 협동학습의 학습자간 상호작용 연구가 충분하지 않다. 지금까지 진행된 이러닝 협동학습 관련연구는, 학습에서의 상호작용, 수업설계, 학습모형 등에 중점을 두었다. 특히 SNS 학습환경, 모바일 이러닝 시스템에서의 협동학습 연구가 약하다고 판단한다. 본 연구는 SNS의 일반화로 학습자와 학습자간의 협동학습 연구 필요성 증대에 따라, PC 및 모바일의 학습경험과, 팀 프로젝트를 통한 협동학습 경험을 통한 이러닝 만족을 실증 분석하였다. 연구에 사용한 변수는 시스템품질, 협동학습, 이러닝 만족으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과 이러닝 학습자들의 협동학습 참여정도 및 팀 프로젝트의 팀 응집도가 이러닝 만족에 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러닝 시스템 품질이 이러닝 만족에 정의 영향을 미친 것으로 판명 되었다. 한편 시스템품질은 협동학습에 부의 영향을 미침으로서, 협동학습을 위해서는 보다 정교한 학습설계가 요구된다고 판단한다. 결과적으로 이러닝에서 시스템품질과 협동학습이 강조되어야 함을 확인하였다. 향후 모바일 학습 환경을 포함한 시스템 품질과 이러닝 협동학습 증진을 위해, 교수자가 보다 정교한 교수설계와 학습 환경 조성을 위해 노력해야 함을 강조한다.

There is not enough action research on learner－learner interaction in e－learning－based collaborative learning. E－learning－based cooperative learning research conducted to date has focused on such aspects as interaction, instructional design, and learning model. In particular, there is not enough of cooperative learning research in SNS learning environment and mobile e－learning system. In line with the need for a collaborative research on learner interaction, following generalization of the SNS system, an empirical research of e－learning satisfaction was conducted, which involved PC and mobile learning experience, and project－based cooperative learning experience. Variables used in the study were composed of system quality, cooperative learning, and e－learning satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, it was found that cohesiveness of teams and rate of participation in the cooperative learning had a positive influence on e－learning satisfaction. In addition, the e－learning system was found to have a positive influence on the quality of e－learning satisfaction. However, it was found that the system quality did not make positive effect on e－learning satisfaction. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality of system and cooperative learning have to be emphasized in e－learning. Therefore, it is recommended that the teacher must strive to foster a more sophisticated instructional design and learning environment in order to enhance the quality of future e－learning systems using mobile and PC.
