클라우드 서비스 기반 회계정보시스템의 혁신 특성이 혁신 태도와 수용 의도에 미치는 영향

The Influence of the Innovative Characteristics of Cloud－based Accounting Information System on Innovation Attitude and Acceptance Intention: Focusing on Small & Mid－sized Enterprises

본 연구는 중소기업의 클라우드 기반 회계정보시스템의 혁신 수용과 저항 및 사용 의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 살펴보고, 중소기업의 클라우드 기반 회계정보시스템의 사용 의도를 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 회계정보시스템을 사용하고 있는 중소기업 132개사를 설문 조사하고 실증분석하였다. 그 결과 상대적 이점과 유지 비용 절감, 시스템 보안 우려가 혁신 수용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 유지 비용 절감과 시스템 보안 우려는 혁신 저항에 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 혁신 수용은 사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 혁신 저항은 사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 클라우드 기반 회계정보시스템 도입을 위해서 클라우드 서비스에 대한 홍보와 유지비용의 경제적인 부분을 부각해야 할 것이고 시스템 보안상 우려가 클수록 혁신 수용이 어려우므로 보안의 문제해결에 중점을 둔 정부 정책적 지원과 보안기술 개발을 위한 연구개발 전략이 필요하겠다.

This study attempted to examine factors affecting the innovation acceptance, resistance and use intention of small & mid－sized enterprises (SMSEs)’ accounting cloud services and propose a plan to improve the intention to use their accounting cloud services. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against 122 SMSEs which have used an accounting information system, and the results found the followings：‘Relative advantage’, ‘reduction of maintenance costs’ and ‘system security concern’ revealed a statistically significant effect on innovation acceptance while ‘reduction of maintenance costs’ and ‘system security concern’ had a significant influence on resistance to innovation. Even though innovation acceptance had a significant effect on use intention, resistance to innovation didn’t show any significant influence on use intention. Therefore, it is required to further emphasize the advertisement of cloud services and maintenance costs for the introduction of an accounting cloud system. Since it is difficult to accept innovation as ‘system security concern’ increases, it is important to have an R&D strategy for national policy support focusing on resolving such security issues and development of security technologies.
