세무회계정보처리 교육의 활성화를 위한 방안

Way for Improvement of Tax Accounting Information Processing Education

지식기반사회가 조성되면서 우리나라의 세무회계교육을 이끌어 갈 새로운 패러다임으로 세무회계정보처리와 인터넷을 활용하는 전자상거래 등이 등장하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존의 세무회계전문가들도 이러한 시대적 흐름에 적용하기 위한 새로운 도전과 기회에 직면하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 세무회계정보처리의 급속한 확대에 따른 세법 개정과 환경변화에 대응하기 위하여 세무회계정보전공 과정에서 교육하고 있는 교과목이 무엇인지를 파악하였다. 그 자료를 바탕으로 국제화(글로벌), 정보화에 따른 회계정보처리 분야, 세무회계정보처리 분야, 정보통신기술 분야, 인접정보처리 분야 등으로 나눈 후에 바람직한 세무회계정보처리 교육을 위한 교육순서와 내용을 심도있게 파악하였다. 그 분석결과에 근거하여 세무회계정보처리 교육에 따른 세무회계정보전공 교육과정과 세무회계정보처리 교육순서를 제시한 뒤 바람직한 세무회계정보처리 교육의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

As the knowledge-intensive society grew bigger, tax accounting information process and e-busines by using computer are appeared for the new accounting paradigm. Therefore the previous experts of tax accounting are faced with new challenge and chance to adapt new changes of the times. In this study, we ll understand the tax accounting information curriculum to adapt changing circumstance and the revision of the tax law through the rapid extension of tax accounting information process. One the base of these data, it is divided into international and informational accounting information process, tax accounting information process, information & communication technology process and adjacent information process field. And then we ll know the course and the contents for the desirable tax accounting information process. On the grounds of the analytic results, we will present the process and the cource of the study for the tax accounting curriculum. After that we ll show the way for desirable and active study of tax information process.
