기업 환경의 전산화에 따른 ERP 도입현황과 교육방향 검토

A Study on the Existing ERP System Situation and Instruction Aim based on the Computerized Business Environment

최근 들어 정보기술의 급격한 발전과 기업 활동의 세계화 그리고 기업에 대한 고객욕구의 다양화 등과 같은 기업 환경 속에서 세계 유수의 기업들은 경쟁우위 확보 내지는 기업생존 전략으로 ERP 시스템 등과 같은 다양한 경영혁신 운동을 전개하여 왔다. 우리나라의 경우는 1990년대를 전후하며 도입되기 시작했지만 2000년을 넘어선 현재에는 많은 중소기업들에 도입되었거나 도입이 확실시 되고 있다. 이에 비해, ERP 시스템에 대한 우리의 대학교육은 여러 가지 이유로 아직까지도 현실에 충분히 부응하고 있다고 볼 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 관련 자료, 논문, 인터넷을 이용한 문헌연구를 통하여 우리나라 기업들의 ERP 도입 및 활용현황을 살펴보고, 또한 이에 대한 대학교육의 실태를 종합 검토 및 분석하여 향후 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 ERP 교육 방향을 모색해 보기 위해 다음과 같은 내용들을 중심으로 검토하여 보았다. 첫째. 여러 ERP 제품들 중 어느 제품을 선정하여 교육할 것인가? 둘째. 대학에서의 ERP 교육내용은 어떻게 구성되어야 할 것인가? 셋째. 보다 효율적인 ERP인 교육이 되기 위해서는 어떤 방식으로 진행되어야 할 것인가? 등이다. 본 연구는 실증분석이 아닌 문헌연구이므로 심층적인 분석은 되지 못하였지만 효율적인 ERP 교육에 한 가지 지침이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

Recently, our business environment is changed to upstairs IT level, globalization of business activities and variety of consumer s needs. In the given conditions, the world wide economic corporations initiated a campaign of business rationalization such as ERP system for maintenance of competition and struggle for existence. Besides, our corporations introduced the new ERP system around 1990 s, firstly. And, after the 2000 s, the greater part of the corporations built up the ERP system in Korea. In contrast to these, our instruction of ERP system in university is not sufficient to the irreducible minimum level. For that reason, in this study, I investigated the our corporation s ERP system conditions from several angles through researching the relevant literatures such as references, thesis and internet data. Also, I analyzed the realities of ERP system instruction in university for more systematic and efficient instructional direction, as follows: Firstly, the choice of ERP system software in several vendors in the inside and outside of a country. Secondly, the designing of ERP system currculum in the university. Thirdly, the proceeding method of ERP system instruction for efficiency. This study is not analytical positive survey, but I thought that this study has a one-point meaning in view of our insufficient ERP system instruction in university.
