The Relationship of ERP System Internal Control and Quality Factors

정보기술산업이 주도하는 현실에서 기업들은 급속한 환경변화에 신속하게 적응하며 기업의 자산을 보호하고, 정확하고 신속한 회계정보의 전달을 위한 통합시스템인 ERP 시스템을 도입하는 문제에 대해서 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 그러나 오늘날 기업에 확산되고 있는 ERP시스템의 활용에 있어 내부통제의 강화정도에 대한 연구와, ERP시스템의 내부통제와 품질요인간의 관련성 등에 대해서는 연구가 미진한 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템의 내부통제가 품질요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 내부통제와 품질요인의 상호관련성을 연구하였다. 연구결과로는 ERP시스템의 내부통제가 부분적으로 품질요인에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 향후 부분적으로 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타난 결과에 대해서는 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.

In the mainstream of IT industry world, companies have a great interest in implementation of ERP system to deliver acute and immediate accounting information for adapting changes and protecting assets. There has been few studies on the relationship of ERP system internal control and quality factors. Therefore, how quality factors can be influenced by control of ERP system was studied in this paper. As a result, internal control of ERP system partially showed a significance on quality factors, and further study should be followed for the quality factors with no significance.
