대구ㆍ경북지역 중소기업의 ERP 도입 및 활용실태

본 연구에서는 대구ㆍ경북 지역 중소기업을 대상으로 ERP시스템 도입 현황, 활용도, 어떠한 업무에 ERP시스템을 활용할 필요성이 있는지, 그리고 ERP시스템 도입 혹은 향후 도입으로 인해 기업의 성과 향상에 대한 인식은 어떠한지를 조사하였다. 그 결과 전산인력 배치비율을 높이거나 전산인력 배치와 동일한 효과를 거둘 수 있는 지원방안을 마련하고 최고경영층의 ERP시스템에 대한 관심과 지원을 높임으로써 ERP시스템 활용이 잘 이루어지질 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ERP시스템에 대한 활용도는 생산관리, 회계관리, 영업관리의 순으로 나타났고 대구ㆍ경북지역 중소기업의 경우 급여관리, 영업관리, 생산관리에 ERP시스템 활용 필요성을 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 ERP시스템 도입 및 향후 도입으로 인한 성과 개선에 대한 인식은 대부분 높게 나타남으로써 ERP시스템 도입이 기업의 성과를 개선시킬 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 나타난 이러한 결과는 중소기업의 ERP시스템 도입 및 활용에 있어 중요한 지침이 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 향후 중소기업 ERP시스템 지원사업에 이러한 결과를 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
