This thesis is for the emphasizing of significance of the books exchange between Korea and Song-Yuan Dynasty. In this paper, what are books include Confucianism scriptures, Buddhist scriptures, The literary etc. In This paper, I tried to explain that books exchange affects the develop -ment of culture in Korea Dynasty. Koreans paid special attention to import books from China, because How Korea Dynasty succeeds in leaping to a powerful country in East-Asia depends on how to construct culture system. 『TaiPingGuangJI』·『TaiPingYuLan』·『CeFuYuanGUi』·『a collection of all the sacred writings of Buddhism』 had been published in Song Dynasty, and they were very important and took lead to East-Asia study and culture. We can see not only『the Tripitaka Koreana』has new paradigm but also aspects of Korea publish system. SuShi objected as a typical intellectual of Song Dynastythat the Korean was too dangerous to export books to Korea. Because he remain wary of a nation which appears to harbor imperialist ambitions. But, the intellectual of Yuan Dynasty expected to exchange in culture and study between two countries. Especially, the exchange of books and scholars promote cultural exchange among nations.
