Two types of theory in the generative grammar

The goal of a generative grammar could be regarded as a description of the linguistic competence in a word. There are two types of theory in the generative grammar; the transformational generative grammar(by Chomsky) and the applicative generative grammar(by Saumjan). In this article are these theories contrasted under the point of view of this goal. This contrast show us what is the problem in each theory to attain the goal of generative grammar and how the problem should be modified. This article could be a motive to debate about a contrast between two types in the generative grammar.
