Lexicalization as a phenomenon with many reasons

In the article, the author discusses basic reasons of lexicalization, using the familiar draw ups and gathered material. She distinguishes between phonetic, ortographic, inflectional, morphological-semantic and notional reasons. A necessity of coexistence of all factors causing lexicalization is emphasized in the text. Semantics as an element organizing the linguistic paradigm is said to be dominating.
