온라인 동료튜터링 운영사례를 통한 대학교양으로서의 비교과 교육과정 탐색연구

A Study on the Exploration of Extra Curriculum as a University Education through the Online Peer Tutoring Operation Case

목적 온라인 강의가 일반화됨에 따라 대학 교양교육의 활성화를 위하여 온라인 동료튜터링과 비교과 교육과정을 연계함으로써 동료튜터링 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 실행방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 부산 소재 4년제 사립대학인 D대학교에서 2020학년도 2학기에 개설된 <포스트휴먼의이해>와 <융복합적사고와실천> 교과목 수강생 116명을 대상으로 16차시 온라인 동료튜터링을 진행하였다. 비대면 화상학습지원시스템(Microsoft Teams)을 활용한 녹화된 영상물을 비롯하여 튜터와 튜티의 활동보고서와 동료튜터링 운영과정에서의 산출물을 중심으로 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 온라인 동료튜터링 운영사례를 통한 비교과 교육과정 실행방안 탐색으로 첫째, 비교과 교육과정에 대한 가이드라인 제공 둘째, 비교과 교육과정에 대한 학습공동체 구축 셋째, 비교과 교육과정 온라인 피드백 시스템 구축 넷째, 비교과 교육과정 마일리지 제도 구축 등이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 온라인 동료튜터링 과정을 통해 교양과목과 비교과 교육과정을 연계하는 방식을 채택함으로써 교양교육의 학습효과 향상과 다변화를 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Objectives As online lectures become more common, the purpose of this study is to present an action plan that can improve the learning effect of peer tutoring by linking online peer tutoring with a extra curriculum to revitalize university liberal arts education. Methods This study was subjected for 116 students in the courses of <Posthuman Understanding> and <Convergence thinking and practice>, which opened in the second semester of 2020 at D University, a four-year private university in Busan, the 16th session of online peer tutoring was conducted. Using non-face-to-face learning support system(Microsoft Teams), the analysis was performed focusing on he recorded video, activity reports of tutors and tutees, and the output from the peer tutoring operation process. Results As a result of the study, by exploring the implementation plan of the extra curriculum through online peer tutoring operation case, It is confirmed as followed; first, providing guidelines for the extra curriculum, second, establishing a learning community for the extra curriculum, third, establishing an online feedback system for the extra curriculum, and lastly, establishing a mileage system for the extra curriculum. Conclusions It is expected to provide basic data that can improve and diversify the learning effect of liberal arts education by adopting a method of linking liberal arts and extra curriculum through an online peer tutoring course.
