대학 성악 학습자의 레퍼토리 확장을 위한 한국가곡 교과 개발과 운영에 관한 실행연구

A Study on the Development and Management of Korean Song Curriculum for Expanding the Repertoire of College Vocal Learners

목적 본 연구에서는 음악대학의 성악 전공 교육과정의 문제점을 해소하고 수요자 중심의 수업을 제공하기 위한 방법의 하나로 한국가곡 교과의 개발과 운영을 통해 성악 전공 학생들이 성악 전공자로서 재능의 폭을 넓히고 졸업 후 진로 선택에도 도움이 되는 역량을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 A 대학 성악 전공 9명을 대상으로 하는 실행연구를 계획하고 운영하였다. 교수자의 수업 성찰, 학생들의 수업 개설 요구, 교과 특성 등을 고려하여 한국가곡 수업 내용 및 과정을 설계하였고, 이를 학기 중에 연구자가 직접 운영하며 수업의 장점, 한계점, 교수자로서의 개인적 성찰 내용들을 기록, 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 한국가곡 교과는 한국가곡 이론 학습, 한국어 발성과 딕션 훈련, 그리고 학습자의 참여를 확대할 수 있는 드라마 콘서트 프로젝트로 구성하여 개발되었고 이를 운영한 결과 성악 전공 학생들은 한국가곡에 대한 흥미와 이해를 높이고 실제적인 공연의 경험을 축적할 수 있었다. 결론 본 연구를 시작으로 성악 학습자를 위한 다양한 교과 개발 및 수업 사례 연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to expand the talents of vocal music major students as vocal music majors through the development and management of the Korean song curriculum, and to develop abilities that will help them choose a career after graduation. Methods For this purpose, an action research was planned and operated for 9 students majoring in vocal music at University A. Results As a result of the study, the Korean song subject was developed as a study of Korean song theory through training in Korean vocalization and diction, and a drama concert project to expand learners participation, which allowed the students to increase interest and understanding of the music and to accumulate practical performance experience. Conclusions Starting with this study, it is expected that various subject development and class case studies for vocal learners will be conducted.
