헤어디자이너의 감정노동이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

직무스트레스의 매개효과 중심으로

This study is to study the relationship between emotional labor, job stress, and turnover intention for hair designers in hair shops located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and to assess the mediating effects of job stress in the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention. First, in emotional labor, inner behavior was higher, and in job stress, customer response stress was the highest. Second, in emotional labor, surface behavior had a positive(+) effect on turnover intention, and in job stress, work environment stress had the largest positive(+) effect on turnover intention. In addition, in emotional labor, surface behavior had a positive(+) effect on job stress. Additionally, for the effect of emotional labor on job stress, job stress imparted a complete mediating effect. In this comprehensive study, it seems the emotional labor of the hair designer affects turnover intention and job stress, and job stress mediates the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention.
