특성화고등학생의 자아분화, 진로결정자기효능감, 가족건강성, 회복탄력성 및 스마트폰 과의존 간의 구조적 관계분석

Analysis of the Structural Relationships among Self-Differentiation, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy, Family Strength, Resilience, and Smartphone Overdependence of Specialized High School Students

목적 본 연구에서는 특성화고등학생들의 스마트폰 과의존에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 선정하고 이들 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 부산광역시 소재 특성화고등학교 학생 912명을 대상으로 스마트폰 과의존 관련 변인을 측정하기 위한 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver 22.0과 AMOS Ver 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 결과 특성화고등학생의 자아분화는 진로결정자기효능감, 가족건강성, 회복탄력성을 순차적으로 매개하여 스마트폰 과의존에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 결론적으로 급변하는 시대에 사회⋅환경적으로 자립을 준비하는 특성화고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존 수준을 낮추어 스마트폰을 건강하게 사용하기 위해서는 개인 내적, 가족, 환경적 자원이 모두 고려되어야 함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 스마트폰 과의존 예방 및 해소에 이론적 근거와 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among self-differentiation, career decision making self-efficacy, family strength, resilience and smartphone overdependence of specialized high school students. Methods For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 912 students attending 7 specialized high schools in Busan. The data were analyzed by structural equation model using SPSS Ver. 22.0 and AMOS Ver. 22.0 programs. Results Self-differentiation of specialized high school students has indirect effects on smartphone overdependence through the mediation of career decision making self-efficacy, family strength, and resilience. Conclusions In conclusion, it is confirmed that individual internal, family and environmental resources should be considered in order to lower the level of smartphone overdependence. It is meaningful that this study provides the theoretical basis to prevent and relieve smartphone overdependence.
