간호대학생의 사회적 관심, 인권의식이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향

The effect of Social interest, Human rights awareness in Nursing College Students on Multicultural acceptability

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생들의 사회적 관심, 인권의식과 다문화수용성의 정도와 이들의 관계를 확인하고 다문화 수용성에 미치는 영향요인을 파악함으로써 다문화수용성 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 방법 B광역시에 소재한 2개 대학교의 간호학과 학생 1~4학년 중 141명을 대상으로 자기주입식 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Widows 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA로 분석 후 Scheff&#233; test 로 사후검증 하였고, 상관관계는 Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient로 분석하였고, 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 다문수용성은 사회적 관심(r=.473, p<.001), 인권의식(r=.537, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 인권의식(β=.426, p<.001)과 사회적 인식(β=.316, p<.001)은 다문화수용성에 영향이 있는 요인으로 확인되었으며, 인권의식, 사회적 관심, 외국인이나 이주민의 대화경험 및 주변상주는 다문화수용성을 43.4%(F=27.878, p<.001)설명하였다. 결론 간호대학생의 다문화수용성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 인권의식이므로 우선적으로 인권의식을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램이 필요하다. 임상현장에서 열린 사고를 바탕으로 다양한 문화의 대상자를 간호할 수 있는 간호사 양성을 위해 다문화 수용성 향상 을 위한 체계적인 교육과정과 인권의식과 사회적 관심을 고려한 다문화수용성 강화프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

Objectives The purposes of this study was to investigate the Social interest, Human rights awareness, Multicultural acceptability of Nursing College students and relations among the factors. Methods The data were obtained from distributing structured questionnaires to 141 nursing students in Busan Metroplitan City, begging April 6th to the June 30th of 2021, and analysis by and analysis by frequency, Pearson s correlation coefficient and Hierarchical regression analysis. Results The correlation Social interest(r=.473, p<.001) and Human rights awareness(r=.537, p<.001) showed to be positivity correlated. In addition the factors influencing the Multicultural acceptability of nursing students were Human rights awareness(β=.426, p<.001), Social interest(β=.316, p=.001) significant predictor and accounted for 43.4% (F=27.878, p<.001) of the variance in Multicultural acceptability of nursing students. Conclusions The factors affecting highly effective intervention techniques need to be applied to the development of programs to Multicultural acceptability of College students.
