포스트 코로나 시대, 필요 역량에 대한 예비 유아교사의 인식 연

A Study on the Perception of pre-service early childhood teachers on the Competencies Required in the Post-COVID19 era

목적 본 연구는 코로나19 이후 교육 변화에 대한 예비 유아교사의 인식을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 예비 유아교사 16명을 대상으로 질적 데이터를 수집하였다. 데이터 수집은 비구조화된 질문지를 중심으로 2021년 6월에 2주간 이루어졌으며, 합의적 질적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, ‘포스트 코로나 시대, 미래 유아교사가 갖추어야 할 역량 변화에 대한 인식’에서는 ‘교수법 개발 역량 강화’, ‘교육과정 구성 역량 강화’, ‘멀티미디어 활용 역량 강조’, ‘현재 역량과 다르지 않을 것’이 도출되었다. 둘째, ‘포스트 코로나 시대, 미래 유아교사에게 가장 중요한 역량’에서는 ‘창의성’, ‘문제해결 역량’, ‘소통 역량’, ‘디지털 리터러시’가 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 논의하고 시사점 및 제언을 제안하였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to confirm the perception of prospective pre-service early childhood teachers about changes in education after COVID-19. Methods In order to achieve the purpose of this study, qualitative data were collected from 16 pre-service early childhood teachers. Data collection was conducted for two weeks in June 2021, based on unstructured questionnaires, and was analyzed by Consensus Qualitative Research methods. Results First, in the Post-COVID19 era, Recognition of Competency Changes that pre-service early childhood teachers should have, ‘Strengthening competency for teaching method development’, ‘Strengthen Curriculum Composition Competency’, ‘Emphasize Multimedia Utilization Competency’, and ‘Will Not Be Different from Current Competency’ were derived. Second, “creativity,” “problem-solving capabilities,” “communication capabilities,” and “digital literacy” were derived from “the most important capabilities for pre-service early childhood teachers in the Post-COVID19 era.” Conclusions Finally, the results derived through this study were discussed and implications and suggestions were proposed.
