COVID-19와 관련한 ‘상담심리학’ 국내연구 동향에 관한 질적 내용분석

실증적 분석논문을 중심으로

본 연구는 본문에서 코로나-19 시기인 2020년과 2021년에 이루어진 비대면상담의 국내 연구 동향을 실증적 연구 동향을 질적 내용으로 분석하였다. 총 9편의 실증적 연구들의 분석결과는 첫째, 인지행동치료에 기반 한 온라인 심리상담이 부정적 자동적 사고의 요인들의 감소와 인지행동치료를 기반 한 심리기술훈련의 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 코로나-19를 경험한 미술치료사의 스트레스 인식 유형과 특성은 네 가지로 구분되어 검증되었으며, 비대면 상담에 대한 상담자들의 주관성은 네 가지로 유형화되고 유형별 특성이 제시되었다. 셋째, 코로나-19 스트레스 척도는 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 거쳐 세 개의 요인, 총 21문항으로 구성되었다. 넷째, 화상통화를 이용한 마음챙김 기반 인지치료프로그램은 우울과 문화적응 스트레스를 유의하게 감소시키는 영향요인으로 검증되었다. 다섯째, 사회적 거리두기와 우울감의 관계에서 외로움의 매개효과와 신경증의 조절효과는 모두 유의하게 검증되었다. 향후 상담분야의 선진화를 보이고 있는 외국의 정책사례를 소개하는 문헌연구를 통해 우리의 현실이 어떠한지를 구명하는 연구의 필요성과 함께, 양적 연구와 질적 연구를 병행하는 혼합연구방법의 활성화로 단일한 연구의 한계점을 보완해 나가는 노력이 필요하다.

In the text, this study analyzed the domestic research trends of non-face-to-face counseling conducted in 2020 and 2021 during the COVID-19 period as qualitative content. First, online psychological counseling based on cognitive behavior therapy showed a decrease in factors of negative automatic thinking and a positive effect of psychological technology training based on cognitive behavior therapy. Second, the types and characteristics of stress perception of art therapists who experienced COVID-19 were verified in four categories, and the subjectivity of counselors for non-face-to-face counseling was categorized into four types and characteristics by type were presented. Third, the COVID-19 stress scale consisted of three factors, a total of 21 questions, through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Fourth, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy programs using video calls were verified as influencing factors that significantly reduce depression and cultural adaptation stress. Fifth, in the relationship between social distancing and depression, both the mediating effect of loneliness and the moderating effect of neurosis were significantly verified. Efforts should be made to supplement the limitations of a single study by revitalizing mixed research methods that combine quantitative and qualitative research, along with the need for research to investigate our reality through literature research introducing foreign policy cases.
