사회복지시설종사자의 감정노동이 심리적 안녕감과 역할수행에 미치는 영향

The effect of emotional labor on psychological well-being and role performance of social welfare facility workers

본 연구는 사회복지시설종사자의 감정노동이 심리적 안녕감과 역할수행에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 5개시에 소재한 사회복지시설 및 기관에 근무하는 사회복지시설종사자를 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였다. 총 229부의 설문지가 회수되었으며, 타당성을 저해하는 응답지가 존재하지 않아 229부를 통계분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 재직경력에 따른 심리적 안녕감과 역할수행은 집단 간 차이가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으나, 감정노동에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 감정노동, 심리적 안녕감, 역할수행 상호작용 간의 관계는 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내면적 행동은 심리적 안녕감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 표면적 행동은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내면적 행동은 역할수행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 표면적 행동은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 심리적 안녕감은 역할수행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional labor on psychological well-being and role performance of social welfare facility workers. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed to social welfare facility workers working in social welfare facilities and institutions located in 5 cities of Gyeonggi-do. A total of 229 questionnaires were recovered, and there were no response sheets that impede validity, so 229 copies were used for statistical analysis. As a result of the study, first, there was a statistically significant difference between groups in psychological well-being and role performance according to work experience, but there was no significant difference in emotional labor. Second, the relationship between emotional labor, psychological well-being, and role performance interaction of social workers were all found to have significant positive correlations. Third, it was found that internal behavior had a positive (+) effect on psychological well-being, but surface behavior had no significant effect. Fourth, it was found that internal behavior had a positive (+) effect on role performance, but surface behavior did not have a significant effect. Fifth, psychological well-being was found to have a positive (+) effect on role performance.
