사회복지사의 집단프로그램 실천기술 향상을 위한 훈련과정에 관한 사례 연구

Case study on training process for improvement of group program practice skills: focused on graduate students of social welfare in K university

본 연구는 사회복지학과 대학원생들의 집단프로그램의 실천기술 향상을 위해 훈련과정을 실시하고 수퍼비전한 사례를 연구하였다. 훈련과정에 참여한 대학원생은 총 6명이었고 2018년 7월~8월 2개월 간 프로그램을 계획, 집단 리더 모집 및 훈련과정을 실시하였다. 내부 슈퍼바이저가 프로그램을 시연 및 수퍼비전을 하였고 총괄 슈퍼바이저가 프로그램 운영 전반 및 실천기술에 대한 개별 수퍼비전을 실시하였다. 집단 리더들의 개별역량의 차이를 고려하여 내부 프로그램 시연 시 참여 및 실제 운영 기회를 제공함으로써 실천 기술을 내재화할 수 있도록 도와 대학원생들의 실천역량을 향상시켰다. 본 연구는 훈련과정이 대학원생들의 실천기술의 전문성 향상 시키고 수퍼비전이 자아효능감에 미치는 과정을 실제로 파악했다는 점에서 의의가 있고, 사회복지 대학원 교육 과정에 실습 및 수퍼비전 활성화를 위한 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study studied the case of conducting and supervising a training course to improve the practical skills of the group program of graduate students of the Department of Social Welfare. A total of 6 graduate students participated in the training course. The training course was planned for two months from July to August 2018, and group program leaders were recruited and trained. Sub-supervisors demonstrated and supervisioned programs, and Head-supervisors conducted individual supervision on overall program operation and practical skills. Considering the differences in individual competencies of group program leaders, it helped group program leaders internalize practical skills by providing opportunities for participation and actual operation when demonstrating internal programs.
